Trillactive operates from Monday to Friday (9am-5pm) except eve and public holiday.
Our daily order cut off time is 2pm in order to process and send out the order within the day otherwise the next working day.

Our courier partner is Shopee Express, JT Express, Singpost SmartPac.Â

If you have any special request / instruction for the courier;
eg: Nobody will be home from 8am-5pm, please leave it at the riser. Please leave us a note upon placing the order.
ORDER PROCESSED & SENT
Once order processed and collected by our courier, you shall receive an email notification marked as “Order Completed”. Within the email, there will be a tracking link and tracking reference number for you to keep track your order from the courier company.
