Do I require to register an account before placing an order
You are not require to register an account with us. There is a guest checkout option in the order page. Nevertheless, we encourage customer to sign up an account for hassle free ordering process for your next checkout as well as keeping track your order
My item is defective. Can I change it?
Trillactive seeks to provide clothing of the best quality to you. In the unlikely event that a defect is found, you can mail the item back to us within 7 days. If in the event the exact item is out of stock, a cash refund would be issued to you. Please refer to our return and exchange policy here.
I received the wrong item and should I do ?

Can I cancel my order?
We regret to inform that cancellations cannot be made once the order is finalized. This will allow us to process all orders as efficiently as possible thus to avoid confusion which might result in errors later on.
Can I amend my order?
