Return And Refund Policy

Exchanges

We are happy to offer exchanges within 7 days from receipt of delivery/collection for all items purchased on TrillActive.com if the following conditions are met:

  • All returns requests from other selling platforms are strictly prohibited.
  • Please email us for the return request before proceeding further.
  • To qualify for a return/exchange, item(s) must fulfill conditions; with its tag intact(if applicable), unworn, unwashed, unaltered and product must be in original condition with its original packaging.
  • Free returns for all items purchased on our website (except Sale / Promotional items).
  • All additional shipping fees incurred shall be borne by the customer. Trillactive shall not be held liable for any cases of lost mail, hence customer is to exercise discretion in taking which method of mailing to mail back the item. Registered postage is strongly recommended.
  • Upon successful receipt of the returned item, TrillActive will email an equivalent unique “Return Coupon” to your registered email address which will valid for 30 days and is strictly non-refundable nor extendable for your next online purchase. We do not offer any cash refunds. Please note that all orders that are confirmed and paid on our website, are deemed to be FINAL, and are strictly non-amendable and non-refundable after paid and confirmed.

TrillActive.Com reserve the rights to reject any exchange or returns that do not fulfill any of the above stated requirements and shall be reviewed on a case by case basis. We will not bear any charges incurred by customers during the process of exchange, returns or refund of merchandise.

Defective / Incorrect Item Received

In the unlikely event that a defect or incorrect item, please email us and we would assist to process the order immediately. We shall make arrangement of all the exchange. In the event the item is out of stock, we shall do a cash refund.

TrillActive.Com reserves all rights to exercise discretion in what constitutes a defect. If, upon stringent checks, we find that the item does not qualify as a defect, customer would have to proceed with return as per our returns policy stated above.
